  • Overview

    The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients. As a professional nurse, the nursing process is utilized in the provision of care. The RN practices within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and adheres to institutional policies, procedures and standards.

    Responsibilities

    Work Hours: Fulltime position; 4 x 10 hour shifts, plus call, 7A-5:30P, Monday through Friday (rotating day off).


    Job Duties: Registered Nurse III will take care of inpatients and outpatients in the Interventional Radiology Suite, performing moderate sedation and monitoring of the patient during the procedure, I.V. starts and complete care of the patient while in the IR suite.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience: RN License, minimum of 2.5 years of current registered nursing experience in ICU, ED, or interventional radiology, ACLS; basic computer skills.
