Schedule: Full-time, 7A-7P or 7P-7A or alternate 12 hour shifts, must work three shifts during the week plus rotate weekends. Available shifts based on unit needs and to be discussed with unit hiring manager.
The UAMS Transition to Practice- New Graduate RN residency program is designed with a specialized and focused platform to include lectures, simulation, case studies, online modules, etc., and clinical experience with designated preceptors. Support and training continues throughout the first year through continued education and mentorship.
